Free standard shipping (with tracking number) via Australia Post

Delivery time: typically 5 – 7 working days.
Important
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
All deliveries require a “signature on delivery” for delivery to occur.
International Orders
Orders over AU$250 – free standard international shipping.
Orders less than AU$250 – AU$25 flat rate standard international shipping.

Please note
Smaller prints are carefully sealed in archival sleeves and packaged in a flat pack for safe shipping.
Larger prints may be shipped in flat packs or strong art tubes depending on size and destination.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be in original, undamaged condition.
Please notify us stating the order number, item details and that you would like to return the item, please state whether you would like a refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us to arrange a refund or replacement (subject to availability).
Refunds will be issued after the item has been returned to us. Refunds will only be applied to the account used for the original transaction.
Please note that any damage after delivery, due to misuse or failure to take appropriate care is not cause for a return or refund. It is important to note that the surface of print works is susceptible to oils and dirt from handling. We recommend leaving the print in its archival sleeve and taking it to your framer of choice.
